    Option 2

New to Pilates or a bit rusty?

In that case, you may find it beneficial to commit to our 5-week Pilates Foundation course. This course covers both Mat and basic Reformer exercises in a weekly class. We offer these courses throughout the year. To enroll, please use the Wellness Living button below and search for Pilates Foundation course dates. No assessment is required as we start with pre-Pilates exercises and gradually build from there.

Book in with a Physio or Exercise Physiologist

It's best to schedule an assessment with a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist (EP) to determine the appropriate starting level for your Pilates experience. During this assessment, the physiotherapist or EP may decide that classes are not recommended until certain issues have been addressed.

Addressing these issues may involve one-on-one Pilates sessions, hands-on treatment, or referral for further investigations in cases of specific pathologies. Sometimes, the physiotherapist or EP may determine that participation in our studio sessions with a personalised exercise program is a better option for you.

You can schedule a physiotherapy or EP appointment using the button below.
